I AM ON MY SECOND KIT AFTER THREE WEEKS. FIRST ONE-MOUSE STOPPED WORKING. THE ONE THAT CAME TODAY- THE SPACE BUTTON, THE LETTER O AND A FEW OTHER IMPORTANT KEYS LIKE BACKSPACE- ALL IN THE SAME AREA DO NOT WORK! THIS ONE HAS TO GO BACK TOO. I WORK FROM HOME-NO TIME FOR THIS. FRUSTRATED

Perfect but now everyone in my family wants to copy me now they want to have the same keyboard I told him they need to have their own style and get their own thing but they insist on having the one I have so on that note I think is perfect and beautiful and everybody loves it especially me

It's appealing looking yes but the transmitter/receiver inside of this must be of low quality, even sitting next to the computer with the USB plug in, the keyboard missing keys constantly, lags, can't keep up with key strokes in general. Then works perfectly, then goes back to the nonsense. I wish I could return it. Only purchased it a couple weeks ago. I initially assumed that it's an issue with the battery needing to be charged but even after overnight charging, these issues persist. The mouse seems fine though. But I didn't buy this package for a mouse alone

So, first off, I didn't really care for the style of the mouse when I bought the combo, but loved the keyboard. I've found that that is still true, as when I first used the mouse, it seemed to have a little bit of lag, and was just uninterested in fixing it. Now the mouse sits by my PC. On the other hand, I absolutely adore the keyboard. There is one minor problem-the zero key on the number pad squeaks, but other than that I love the aesthetic, feel, and responsiveness of the keyboard. The battery life is also great! When I first hooked it up, it took very little time to charge (almost as if it arrived nearly fully charged) and the charge kept for about a week to a week and a half. Now it takes a while longer to charge, of course, but the battery life is still great. At this point, I've owned it a little less than a month. The biggest benefit of this keyboard versus others I've bought in the past, is that the backlighting begins to dim as the keyboard is needing charged, whereas too many keyboards I've bought didn't have any indicators whatsoever. Only took 1 star off for the zero and the mouse, but other than that it is fantastic.

I love raised buttons on my keyboard and these are soft to boot. I love this keyboard so much that I bought one for home and one for my office! I also love that keyboard and mouse and rechargeable and don’t need batteries

With this one you get what you pay for. Battery life is really low, especially for the keyboard. The function feels cheap and brittle, bad response time also. If you are looking I would pass on this one and keep looking, I already purchased a diferent set.

I can't live without this keyboard! I cracked the dongle while traveliing, so I bought a "nicer" combo because I couldn't find this one at first. The other wireless combo I purchased (because it was white) doesn't stay charged and the keys just "softly glow." I need the keys fully lit to type a dissertation at night. My old one stayed charged for months and lasted for years. If you like raised keys for extended periods of typing, this one is comfortable. This would also be good if you like the "dark mode" contrast of workiing in the dark with no lights on.

Pro: The mouse works fine and clicks very silently. Windows was successful at recognizing and installing the mouse very quickly. Cons: The keyboard lights up when powered on, but none of the keys work. Keyboard is DOA (defective on arrival). I tried updating drivers, plugging wireless receiver in different ports, restarting keyboard, windows troubleshooting & restarting computer. I even tried plugging the keyboard (with the provided usb charging cable), into different usb ports of my pc, to see if windows would recognize the keyboard. Unfortunately, Windows doesn't recognize the keyboard. When the keyboard is plugged in to my pc and powered on, a Windows prompt appears, stating that the device is unrecognizable and might be defective or broken. Also, this wireless mouse/keyboard combo doesn't have replaceable batteries. It must be plugged to charge. Conclusion: Extremely disappointing purchase. Big waste of time & money. Now I have to deal with the hassle of getting my money back, which I'm assuming will be impossible since I have to return the defective item before getting a refund... and I have no way of returning it since I'm injured and bed ridden. As the title says... I should've bought a keyboard at the dollar store instead of wasting my time and money on this useless "gaming" keyboard. I obviously can't do any gaming with this keyboard... It can't even type a single letter/number. None of the keys work. I always bought Microsoft in the past (for wireless keyboard and mouse), and never had problems with Microsoft products. I took a chance on this 3rd party "gaming" combo and I regret it. I would give 0 stars if I could. I would've given 5 stars if it was working... or even if I was offered a hassle-free replacement, but unfortunately, I'm stuck with Amazon's hassle of returning item for refund (which I can't do). Money wasted!

the mouse is really cool, and i like the different colors it displays. the keyboard is really cool too, i wish it had more color patterns though. overall works good and is a good buy for a good price

Product has a good look and feel. Numlock caps and scroll lights are red. Which makes me think the battery is low every time No way to see battery level on windows or mac to know if it needs charge. No additionalusb ports to either charge mouse with or attach an sd reader too when away from desk Magnetic wrist wrest is useless unless on a table or desk as it just flips off Same with pen holder and phone holder as there is no bottoms stuff falls through (i have a 3d printer so i will make cups for them Designed well for liquid apill safe and debris should not collect Overall good
