Very comfortable
These are excellent quality insoles, soft but supportive for my achilles tendonitis. I had to trim the toe end a little with scissors to get a perfect fit for my shoe size but this worked well.

Very nice and padded, comfortable, doesnt slip and feels like walking on a cushion the whole time which is really nice, I bought it as I was diagnosed with plantar faschitis, it sorted the problem after less than a month! I also really liked the slight allevation, without it in my shoes (even if flats) my back starts to hurt after an hour or so, but with this I could go for 4-5 hours without any problems, just beware that it is thick and you cant wear it with slim shoes, I wore it with trainers, boots, and my other flat shoes.
