This was exactly what I was looking for and it was even more compact than I expected. Fits nicely into a drawer or backpack. Perfect for emergency prep kits.

Love it. Exactly what I was looking for

I just received the radio a few days ago and truly cannot give a rating on performance, however, Is was definitely disappointed the radio did not come with Li-ion batteries. The unit praises the fact that the unit charges 2000mah batteries, but I cannot find any 2000mah AAA batteries to buy from Amazon. I'm still thinking of returning the unit.Also, the radio does have a reading light which is under the solar cells, but the instructions do not tell one how to find it.

Unfortunately the crank didn’t work on the unit and I was super excited to see that in action. The radio had a decent value and the light was bright. It seemed well made but as I said the crank didn’t work.

Works as described

Bought stored it away. Had to use it during a power outage recently. Light worked and SOS works - no radio (?). Looked it up on YT and online, mine is not working. I hope their customer care replies back to me and solves this for me. Loyal Saachee customer here but this was a big disappointment. If they reply, I'll update this review asap.

This comes in handy when the power goes out!
