Would this external mic fit and work with a panasonic lumix dmc-fz1000 mark 1?

From what i can see in the manual, this camera has a 3,5mm jack connector, so then The MKE 400 will work. It fits in the flash shoe.

Is it really normal the mke 200 working only one channel?

The MKE 200 is a mono Microphone, so there is only one channel. If your connector is stereo, this probably can be changed in device settings. Hope this helps.

Will this work with a iPhone 12?

It has a 3.5 mm Jack supllied which goes into iPhones therefore it should work.
