3MVHB Heavy Duty Mounting Tape 4950, 1.5" width x 5yd length (1 Roll)

Used this tape to stick some things down on our travel trailer. Works great! One thing to know about 3M VHB tape - there are many different "models" of this tape, and it is important that you buy the right one based on what you are sticking together. If you buy the wrong model, you may be disappointed. Do your research before buying so you can be sure you are ordering the right kind of 3M VHB tape for your application.

Absolutely fantastic product. I was told nothing will stuck to our rv's fiberglass hatch door. They were wrong. These strips were exactly what was needed for the repair. There is a man who attaches his four solar panels on his rv using two 1" x 18" strips. Those panels are expensive and the only thing holding them is this tape. Powerful.

Used this adhesive to mount solar panels on my camper van. It worked GREAT, I have used a sealant over the feet as well but no issues of loosening adhesion. I just have too much of it now, dont know what to use the rest of the roll for.

But you have to research and prep first. Works excellent, make sure surfaces are super clean ( see 3M for more info on prep). Be sure it is exactly where you want it because once it's be down, it's down. You can use fishing line and gloves to pull it up but it leaves a mess to deal with. Do your research because 3M make many VHB tapes for different applications, and yes it makes a huge difference.

This tape is OK for interior jobs. But for exterior jobs I had on the RV, it failed after several weeks. I would not trust it for components I really care about.

Bought the 2x3 size to mount solar panels to the roof of our RV with home made brackets. A little concerned, but these are the way to go for this project. Take care when you set them, they stay there. I cleaned the area with alcohol and measured twice, job done.

I really like the tape, it is strong, and seems to do what it is suppose to, won't stick to cloth, as I was trying to stick up a head liner in my truck. but have other things to stick down. could not give an answer to does it come off easily, because it does not. when it's down it's down.

Strisce biadesive di altissimo livello. Solitamente abbinate alla vendita per accessori bagno. Le ho acquistate per sostituirne delle altre. Ho incollato un portasciugamano della Colombo, su una mattonella con superficie materica, (non liscia).Consiglio l'acquisto del primer attivatore dello stesso produttore, venduto in stick usa e getta. Tenuta impeccabile.

Works good but not for everything and expensive the 3M tape we used to replace this one that did work was less than half

4 stars for now as time will tell. Used this tape to mount a solar panel to my camper - aluminum rails to aluminum roof.Tape is expensive, but the bond is very strong. Shipped next day.

Great product, two sides tape, work great to hold brackets on my aluminum RV top without drilling holes
