PropperMen's Long Sleeve Tactical Shirt

This is a great shirt. I normally don't write reviews on clothing but this deserves it. For starters, after I retired from the Marines I worked as a contractor in an extremely harsh desert environment. Work was very physical in the blazing sun and sand storms. The shirt provided protection from the harsh sun and beating sand from the sand storms. The light colored material and the make of it allowed the shirt to breath which made it comfortable to wear in hot weather. Now I just use the shirt for working around the garage and yard. I still have the original one and decided to get a second one. Now there is something to know, the shirts do run large. So try ordering one size smaller. I have had no issues with shrinkage with my original shirt.As for customer service, my shirt arrived and the zipper didn't work. I immediately requested a return. The next day I received an email from a Propper rep. For some reason they did not get my email reply. So the rep took the time to call me and assist with the return and getting me a new one. In my opinion it was great customer service.

I bought the Propper Tactical Shirt in black for my husband for Christmas in December of 2016. He LOVED it! So much so that this year he mentioned wanting some other colors. So, I bought one in Grey and one in Coyote (British Tan). The black shirt looks as perfect today as the day he opened it. These shirts are SO well made and tough! We have had no holes, no loose buttons, no problems at all...not even a string. I wash it in cold water, on my second to lowest wash cycle (thats my "Low/Delicate" cycle - the next cycle below that is my "Handwash/Wool" Cycle - I have Whirlpool). I dry it on my lowest heat settings and right along with the load I washed it with They are exactly as pictured.For reference, my husband is 6'2" and he is about 230 lbs. We bought him an XL Long and the fit is perfect.My husband is former military. Even though he has been out of the service for a while, he still prefers that style of dress. (He is nuts about pocket room). He is a writer so he keeps a lot of things on his person at all times - a small pad for jotting down a quick thought, tons of pens, and even a digital recorder & accessories that allows him to record a phone call on his cell. His pockets are always full! The pockets on these shirts are well done. Plenty of room and plenty of them.The shirts actually zip up under the buttons. They are real buttons but with no button holes. He likes that feature a lot. He says it keeps the warmth in better and the buttons don't bulge open when he sits, and they do not open with the button. This just makes a nice clean line on the shirt.The material is sturdy and thick. It's also VERY stiff. The tag says no fabric softener or dryer sheets. I dont use fabric softener on anything, but I DO use dryer sheets with these and it does no harm whatsoever. It takes a good handful of cycles of wash and wear before the material begins to "soften up". It's not at all worth taking off a star. These shirts are that good!When my husband finds an article of clothing that's well made, well priced, and holds up to wear well, he sticks with it. I am writing this review after his black shirt has been worn and washed for 2 years. I can tell you for sure that these shirts last. For him to want one in multiple colors speaks to their quality and functionality. If you are debating, just stop. Buy this shirt! You will not regret it!!!

I've been buying these shirts for about two years own six of them (size XL) as they are durable and perfect for traveling. When I re-ordered one a few weeks ago it felt smaller around the chest and the shirt length. Measuring and comparing the same shirt ordered four months ago I could tell that the "shrink ray" had hit and the newer shirt was cut differently and smaller. Disappointing and a warning to prior customers.

I am 6'4" and weigh about 180 pounds. I bought a medium long and it fits well, both in breadth and length. If I wanted a thick layer underneath it might be a bit tight, but over a T-shirt or alone it is exactly right.What I like about this: pockets. It has a lot of them, they are secure, they have button or zipper closures, and they are large enough to hold even my huge Nexus 6 phablet. Another thing I like are the buttoned straps just above the elbow that hold the rolled-up sleeves. The hidden zippers are strong and smooth.The fabric is about 60-40 polyester cotton. It gets wet slowly and dries fast. It does have a bit of a polyester feel on bare skin, but I assume this will diminish as it is washed many times. Maybe not. It is not a big deal.I do wish they had more colors. But hey, Propper is not a company that makes clothing for hipsters. Or only by happenstance. This is a shirt for cops or soldiers. It is the real thing.

I am a big guy, 6'3" & 350+lbs. I wore uniforms for over a decade so I usually know how to size up a new uniform shirt. This one was just the slightest bit to small for me. I should have either looked for a 3xl tall or gone for a 4 xl. The quality of the shirt is exceptional. No complaints about that in any way. I forgot how much I liked having the zippered front on my uniform shirts. The zipper is very stiff and makes the shirt lay flat against the chest. This may ease some after being broken in. Really like the fact that a badge holder is included with the shirt to be sewn on by a seamstress. I think it will be part of the field rotation of shirts for quite a while.

I wish I had read the American reviews that said these shirts run a size large. I am 6’4 at about 200 lbs and and XL long is good in arm length, neck size and shirt length, but at my waste I am swimming in it - like a tent. I am tough to fit. I have long arms, and I normally fit between L and XL, and I like my shirts fitting a bit baggy. A large long probably would fit me better, but at the time of this review there are none in stock. A large has shorter arms. It’s tough being a monkey.In terms of quality, design, and construction the shirt is really well made and a bit heavy.And, like the photo, the shirt just screams Indiana Jones. Snakes. It had to be snakes.

Neither a shirt – nor a jacket.Has a zipper in the front, (with mock buttons, only the top two buttons are functional buttons).For my taste:1. With a proper bottom cut and finish, without mock buttons, it could have been a nice light jacket to be worn over a t-shirt, etc.2. With the current bottom cut and finish I would only wear it inside the pants / shorts.Otherwise looks nice and seems to be of good quality.

La camisa viene un poco mas amplia de la talla que mencionan, viene con varios compartimentos de bolsas frontales por lo que me gusto, el material se siente ligero pero fuerte.

This black seems to look green in certain lighting. Most black clothing do that. It could just be my eyes. It's also kind of misleading, going over it does detail only having two pockets but it comes off like it would have at least 3? *edit* I'm an idiot.This truly is tactical. There's another zip pocket under the front pockets, between the zipper and the pocket. ......its also lighter then expected. Not cheap light but lighter then expected. I just hate when pics mislead a product, kind ofime fake dati g profiles. That's why I have a 3. Looks durable.

la calidad es excelente. Es buena idea lo de la doble bolsa en el pecho, pero al final no me gusto la sensación de tantas capas de tela y le corte una bolsa.También le corte a lo largo porque no me gusta fajarme.

Excelente calidad, al ser una camisa táctica la talla es amplia para dejar espacio interior para algún tipo de chaleco o material de protección interior.Super recomendable.

Me gusta el material es cómodo, resistente y de buena calidad y el color coyote me gusta como se ve.En ocasiones anteriores ya había usado estos materiales y son resistentes y cómodos. Muy durables.Efectivamente las tallas vienen un poco más amplias, aconsejo pedir una talla menos de lo que normalmente piden, así lo realice yo y me quedo muy bien, las mangas vienen amplias.Recomiendo en general este producto y marca. Gracias.

El color no corresponde a lo que se muestra en las fotos. La puedo color crema o beige para terminar mi disfraz de Indiana Jones, pero era mucho más oscura la qué me llego, de plano café muy intenso, y al momento de probarla, me quedaba extremadamente larga de brazos y ancha de todas partes. Pedí mi devolución, porque de plano no la iba a poder utilizar para lo que quería.

Recipient loves this shirt. It fits perfectly and lots very nice on a large man. It is well made and fabric is nice. Will probably reorder in the future.

Definitivamente es una excelente camisa tactica, buen material con una calidad muy superior, la tela es de buena calidad y el color fue el correcto al descrito en la reseña.

la tela es muy fresca y comoda, sin duda excelente camisa seguire comprando solo hay que elegir una talla mas chica a la normal ya que vienen un poco amplias, voy a probar con una talla mas pequeña, pero sin duda comprare todas

Excelente camisa, calidad insuperable y un diseño notable con costuras muy resistentes y bolsillos muy útiles y amplios.
