How long does it last for?

All day...I apply 3 light coats after 3 sprinkles of fibers...first fibers, then spray, fibers, spray, fibers then final spray. Hair won't move...even in wind or light rain.

How is this different than regular hair spray? Thanks

I have no idea - but regular hair spray does not work!

Can I go for a swim with this spray ?

No, not with this particular product. They offer another hold spray to stand up in rain, but not swimming
