Tasty
I read reviews before buying and most people agreed they worked but taste bad . So my thought is usually stuff that taste bad is what works best, kinda ironic but generally seems to be the case.Well I agree the texture and flavors are not super duper amazing but I think they are quite good for what the ingredients are.I just got them so idk how well they work but I'm hopeful.

These really work
They taste good. I take 3 shortly after lunch, and it seriously curbs my appetite for the rest of the day. As an added boost, I think it gives me a shot of energy. I wish I had found these a long time ago

Not happy with product.
I did not favor this product because it did make me feel sluggish for the duration of consumption. In fact even beyond consuming the product. It also had a mild effect on restricting my bowl movements.

A lot of gooey gummy for no apparent result
This is a big bottle which normally would be a positive. Problem is....you have to take 6 gummies a day to achieve the serving size which makes this only a 15 day supply. That's not a terrible thing if these gummies (1) worked really well/did what they said, and (2) tasted good.(1) I don't think they actually do anything noticeable for weight loss or to aid a dieting regimen. I've taken all three active ingredients before in other products (green coffee bean extract, Garcinia cambogia, and raspberry ketones), in higher doses, straight, etc, and none of them helped weight loss for me. Three of these gummies are said to contain 750 mg of each of the above three elements. I've done my research on all three and I'm not saying they are completely ineffective but most studies involved other factors or very specific forms and concentrations to get the positive results published. I didn't notice a decrease in appetite/cravings with these. The other benefits are harder to track, namely metabolism increase and blood sugar control, but I don't think these do any more than a specific choice in foods would for metabolism and blood sugar. For example, what I eat and when has more of an effect on those two factors than this product, as far as what is noticeable.(2) These rely on maltitol and isomalt for sweetness, pectin for texture, and no gelatin. They are VERY soft and because of the shape, color, and texture, feel disturbingly like .....I don't know, squishy fish eyes? Bug guts? Boogers? All of the above?I'm someone who likes gummies and never consumes artificial flavors or colors so I'm used to more natural tasting things. But these are honestly the creepiest gummies I've ever tried. They're just CREEPY. They are colored with some derivative of spirulina and have a strange greenish yellow cast to them, are shaped like raspberries, and fall apart in your mouth in the most....squishy, almost-rotten fruit sort of way. They do have a green apple taste to them but it's overshadowed by the texture and strange color variations. Also, it's a bit trippy to have these shaped like a raspberry but flavored like candy apple. Now, I'm sure the above complaints sound rather...trivial and like I'm nitpicking the cosmetic aspects of the gummies but I'm pretty forgiving when it comes to naturally colored and naturally based things. These are just....strange to me. Something about the whole experience makes my brain sort of revolt from putting them in my mouth.Summary:If these really worked, I would get past the cosmetics and flavor and recommend them as a more fun way to supplement rather than swallowing capsules. But I'm on the fence about their efficacy. While these are considered sugar-free, one serving is 9 grams of maltitol which actually is very similar to sugar in your body and is usually derived from wheat although the label on these says they are wheat-free. Not a deal breaker if you don't mind maltitol but 9 grams is quite a bit.Full ingredients in order: Maltitol, isomalt, water, citrus pectin, spirulina blue, turmeric, natural apple flavor, citric acid, sodium citrate.3 gummies = 22.5 calories, 10.5 grams carbohydrates, 1.2 grams soluble fiber, 9 grams sugar alcohols.

Bad tasting
Unfortunately, they taste so bad to me that I won’t be able to continue taking them. And I’ve taken some bad tasting herbs and supplements in the past. I’ll purchase capsules, because I know from past experience that this combination works.
