I like it , good value for the money. Nice blue color a bit off from the pic. It does have a bit of a chem smell but not horrible. Letting it air out a couple of days. Arrived way ahead of time and is really easy to put together and we are 72 and 76 so just about anyone could put it together. I actually bought a bonzy last year for my hubby and he loves it. No problems with it so I thought buying the same brand was a good idea

I bought this for my mother after her knee surgery because she can barely get around, even 2 months later. She loves it. She can get up more easily. She has so much trouble getting into and out of bed that she is slepping in this chair during her recovery. Assembly was easy, put the back on and clip together some color coded wires. This is a great price. I researched these before buying, and most lift chairs cost a lot more and don't have the heat and massage features. It's also not too bulky. We removed one seat of a sectional and it was enough to fit this chair.

Easy to assemble but my biggest complaint about this chair is that, in the regular sitting position, when the seat is flat, the back leans too far back. It is also loose and doesn't give a sense of sturdiness or comfort. That said, the chair is low cost, the right size for a small/medium sized adult. I thought that my 97 year old mother would like the heat and vibration but she doesn't. Despite having 3 hip surgeries she is able to stand and transfer without assistance so she is not using the lift either...but it is there in case its needed.

My brothers and I went in on buying this chair for our mom’s birthday and she couldn’t be happier. It was easy to put together and the charcoal color matches her convertible sofa perfectly. My mom and I shopped in stores for a recliner but all of them were overpriced. Even the ones meant for small spaces. This one is the perfect size and has all the functionality anyone could ask for. I highly recommend this product.

I am about to have knee replacement surgery and need assistance rising from the chair. The lift function is the most important and is working very well for me.The chair was shipped and arrived in a very timely manner. The only complaint is that it was difficult to track to progress of the shipment and that was in the FedEx tracking app.Thank you very much. So far I am completely satisfied with the product and the seller.

Wasn't sure about the quality for the money. But it was delivered a week ahead of the scheduled time. Went together like a breeze. No instructions, but easy to figure out. Massage works great, heat was a nice addition. She has terrible arthritis and neuropathy. She thinks this chair will make her life much more bearable.

Love my chair! Great bargain and perfect for person under 180 lbs. arms are small but fit me good. When going back there is a gap between back and seat. Which is where I would need support if reclining farther back. But ok for the way I sit and the price. Massage and heat can set timer. Very nice.

Chair is great , well suited to my needs. Came with cracked connector but Customer Service is working to remedy.
