Sambucol relief tablets dissolve under the tongue or in the mouth within a few minutes. Best to let it dissolve to take a couple of minutes because the active ingredients sitting on the throat will help to reduce germs and viruses. The dosing says to take 1 tablet every 2 hours As long as symptoms persist. my family's been using these for about 15 years for everything from allergies to symptoms to colds or sinus infections, and it does seem to reduce the duration of the event to maybe half or less time than that. We keep in our car or in our backpack or purse to take at first symptoms.And it seems usually within an hour, or two symptoms are completely gone. It doesn't have a sour taste. It's fairly sweet with a little bit of tartness and even small children. Appear to take this medication without much issue. I recommend this product. It's a good thing to have on hand to prevent so many things and taken at first sign of symptoms. You can take up to 8 or 10 A day, and if you have a situation where you're trying to get over a sinus infection, it usually helps when you take it daily, Every two hours while awake, for about three or four days maximum.

I use Sambucol a lot, so it was very convenient to order through here. It's so easy to use - just put it under your tongue and let it dissolve. It tastes good. And I think its very effective - hen I start feeling cold symptoms coming on, I start taking these and it usually helps lessen or eliminate my symptoms.

I will forever use these!! You take them the second you feel a symptom coming on, and within 24-48 hours. You are feeling back to normal! My husband even loves them! Easy dissolve, and the taste is great! They help to relieve sore throats also! Worth every penny!

I'm real happy I found a over the counter medication that is Homeopathic with natural ingredients. So easy to take. Just put it on your tongue and let it melt. Very fast melting. Taste is great.

It really without cold and flue symptoms, though this little expensive saved a trip to doctor. Ease of swallow is great. tasted better, little sticky but good

I’ll keep buying them, that’s for sure! I bought these last year and although I’ve taken them in the middle of a cold, I only recently felt a little scratch in my throat and decided to take these ASAP, like the directions suggest. I still made sure to take that day to rest, drink hot fluids, and took some regular OTC meds just to be sure but I will say that my cold did not progress and I felt awesome the next day. These will stay in my arsenal and travel with me, too. Love that they’re tablets which dissolve and easy to take. You also get a bunch of them so for the price, they are a good value. It can’t hurt to have on hand!

Good tasting, dissolves quickly and seems to help minimize my cold. I will buy again if needed.
