A: Sure, you can print on both sides or on either side! They have the same texture/surface on both sides.

**Q: are these pop outs or do i need to use scissors after to cut out the id ? 
and are they credit card size ? 3 ⅜ × 2 ⅛ in (85.60 × 53.98 mm) ?**
A: They are perforated, so you can just bend the edges and they tear cleanly. They are the size of a credit card or driving license, and have the same rounded corners. My company uses them to make basic employee ID cards--laminated, they're great. If you get them, be sure to print a test one first, as they are slightly curved before torn out, and they only print well if the outward curve is facing either up or down (I forget which).
