how much lutein & Zeaxanthin are safe to take?

I've been reading a site edited by an osteopath. In case you don't know what they are, that's the same as an M.D., and accepted as such by all state boards and hospitals. However, they do tend to emphasize nutrition and exercise a bit more than some conservative M.D.'s do. Anyway, on this page of the site, he explains the roles of lutein and zeaxanthin, and points out that there's no known toxic effects of too much of them.
