No more dr visit needed to get your pessary out or in
The video that shows how to take it out doesn't really reflect how to get it out. I had my urogyn show me and now it's so easy to use it. If you are getting it out, aim to go above the first rim you hit to the second rim and as you slide it down, it will catch on the bottom rim so you can pull it out.

This was very helpful to insert Pessary but still had trouble removing it. Come up with something besides the hook to help fold the Pessary. Thank you!

Surprised that it worked on the first attempt.Update: Worked on first attempt on the second use also. Makes an awkward medical situation much easier. Definitely recommend for pessary users.
