Is the balsa wood a grain, b grain or c grain?

The balsa is not list as a grade

Will this bend to form an arch?

Years ago, we met a man that built sailing ships and he gave us this hack. Spray with an atomizer a mixture of alcohol and water and it'll bend into a knot without breaking. Now what the mixture is we can't remember, but experiment.

Picture and headline shows 1/8 x 1/2 inch but the product description says 1.2 x 1.2 which is square. Which one is correct?

The 1.2" is the size of all 10 pieces together. Each piece is 1/8 X 1/2 X 36in

Can these be used for light weight fabric roman shades?

Very poor quality

I ordered 36" long balsa wood. I got 24" long bass wood. Sent the company an email. They just don't care. Won't do business with them again.
