In my case, I enabled the Guest WiFi network in the AT&T router’s advanced WiFi settings and renamed it to match the 2.4 GHz WiFi name my smart devices were already using. I also increased the allowed number of devices. All of my existing plugs connected automatically, and after completing the setup to reconnect the one plug I had disconnected, it was back online in seconds. Mostly set it & forget it! 💙 definitely power saving, also easy to turn lights on or anything you plug into these Bluetooth plugs turn it on whenever you’re almost home or make sure it’s off by a certain time. The main drawback is its lack of HomeKit compatibility. However, given the additional costs manufacturers face for HomeKit certification, I wasn't expecting this feature at this price point. Setup was straightforward, and the user interface is intuitive. All features function as described, and I haven't encountered any technical issues. While HomeKit users may find the lack of integration inconvenient, it's understandable given the affordable price. For those not heavily invested in the Apple ecosystem, this shouldn't be a significant concern. This product delivers reliable performance and excellent value. Despite the HomeKit limitation, I would recommend it to anyone seeking a budget-friendly option that meets its promised capabilities.

These came fast and are as described. They work well for indoor applications like lights, Christmas Trees, fans, etc. They have an o/off button but you do need to load an App on a smart device (phone or tablet) to get full functionality. I gave them 4 stars because they often go offline and need to be unplugged to reset. The additional features like timers, groups and smart scenes are a little complicated to figure out and the instructions are not great for these. Some trial and error got the job done but it was a little frustrating. Overall, I recommend these for people familiar with smart phone applications and some patience.

I bought this Feit smart plug because I had good experience with Feit smart plug. It is easy to connect to the house WiFi and the app is very user friendly. It is easy to set up and I can use my phone to control it whenever I need. My first Feit smart plug was bought ~5 years ago and it is still working.
