I usually get anywhere from 4-6 ounces with these after ten minutes of pumping. Totally worth it, and really not that difficult to remove for washing if you use a towel to grip and twist out like instructed. I also use Maymom hard flanges and duckbills and it's all super effective at emptying the breast and getting milk in my bottles.
