These are by far some of the best women's probiotic I have ever taken and I can absolutely see a difference. They were recommended to me by a lady who runs a group on Facebook for women who are dealing with reoccurring bacterial vaginosis .They have the important strains , L Reuteri and L crispatus. Plus others . These can be used vaginally as well as orally. It doesn't say it on the bottle ,but you can use them that way. The capsules are small and easy to manage and do dissolve quickly when using them internally. As with anything I would talk to my doctor but myself and many others have had no problems using them both ways. And they work! I know the price point is a little bit higher than a lot but they are worth it, as they work. So if you're on the fence due to the price point just know these do work and myself and many other women have had wonderful experiences with them!

PRAISE GOD!!! I THINK I FOUND THE ANSWER TO MY CONSISTANT BURNING!!! Thanks to BV Beyond on Facebook, with the guides that Brandi put on this facebook page, I think I found the answer to my prayers!!! I have been taking other expensive ORAL PROBIOTICS to help with BV burning. For ten months I have not been able to get the constant burning to go away. Well, the past two days I used this VAGINALLY. Yes....I used an applicator to put this up inside my vagina. Thankfully I wasn't on fire before use like I have been in the past. I am not sure if this would have made the burning a little worse at first or not because of this. All I do know is this is the probiotic that Brandi recommended to use and to use is vaginally!!! I have done this for past two nights and there is no burning or irritation. PRAISE GOD!!!! The thing is, no matter how high your good bacteria is, the clue is to have the good bacteria strain, Lactobacillus Crispatus as your DOMINATE strain!!! Mine was L. Gasseri. I had 98% good bacteria with only 2% bad bacteria, BUT WAS STILL IN PAIN WITH BURNING. Did not make sense. Well, I took Brandi's advice and got the Lifespace Probiotic. Used it in vagina at night when sleeping and the burning is already gone or at least going away. If you can, get on FB and look into BV: Beyond to learn more about all this.

I have never heard that probiotics could improve women's intimate health until my friend recommended me this product. I am a mom of 35+ years, I have recurring itch/burning down there once I stay up late or stressed or when I am around my period. I guess it is the hormonal shift that might cause the pH unbalance, leaving bad bacteria growing down there. After taking this product for only a few days, like 3 days for me, I did notice a difference!!! The itchness has disappeared! I definately will keep this in my daily routine.

I can’t say for sure that this helped me by itself. I also started jarrows lactoferrin at the same time. However my issues were resolved in one day. I will continue to repurchase both as that combination seems miraculously effective. No taste or side effects, small pills, definitely worth the price and you get 2 months worth of pills.

I have tried multiple creams, probiotics etc. and nothing seemed to work for me. I started taking these and after about 7 days, I felt the difference. Now I am basically healed, no problems ever since. Would highly recommend those, they are very effective.
