Missing items?
I like the stool but I can't find the screws that were supposed to be included. Also, the instructions list the tools that should be in this kit but were not there. The stool is in good condition but there is a hole in one side of the box. Same size as the end of the riser part or maybe the receptacle for the riser that's on the tray.OK, I've been educated by my daughter and see that NOTHING is missing! The seat is comfortable, rolls easily. So glad I ordered it - its perfect for painting the bottoms of repaired furniture. The hole in the packaging box was not a cause of any damage.

Good, just make sure it arrives in good condition
Its good. Just make sure its in good condition. Mine arrived damaged, the bottom tray was dented bad on one side. And more importantly the tube that connects the seat with the rest of the parts was welded really crooked. I had to cut it and re weld it

Product is as described.
Not really a problem with the seller, product arrived one day early and intact. I don't know if this is a problem or not yet. The directions say there should be set screw to hold the piston in place on the top and bottom. There is none not even a drilled hole.

Great for us "old folks"
We have lower compartments on our RV that are difficult to access (the doors open upwards, so you have to stoop and duck). For those of us who find deep bending uncomfortable or impossible, this stool is the perfect solution.

Very simple out of the box and works as described. I’m a bigger guy at 250+ and it works well for me with no issues around the shop.
