**Q: Is it a whole lions mane or is it broken into pieces (I’m trying to make steak so I need whole)?**
A: A whole palm is normally 1 - 2 lbs. If you order that much we will try to provide it in one palm if possible.

**Q: How many pounds are in a package?**
A: They are 8oz each.

**Q: is this usda organic certified?  Where and how are they grown?  Are they soy and gluten free?**
A: They are USDA certified 100% organic. They are grown indoors in upstate NY. They are soy and gluten free.

**Q: Why are the only reviews either one star or five stars, and several of the one star reviews are extremely sparse?**
A: I don't know.  I believe the one star reviews are from deliveries that took longer than the 2 to 3 day window that priority mail normally delivers in. Unfortunately they just left a negative review rather than reaching out so I could reship.
