How thick is the backing on this mat? I want to use it on my tile floor but I'm worried that the small gaps between the tiles will cause issues.

The rubber backing of the mat is approximatively 1mm and total thickness is 5mm. A flat floor is recommended for perfect roll but the mat can be used with no issue on a tile floor with 'classic' sealing.
