I ordered this handguard for my DPMS oracle 308 and the fitment was perfect. I think it fits better than the glacier guards that come on it. It feels great as far as the grip goes and it looks great on it. I am very pleased with it. My only advice is that if you have a large scope that reaches out over the guard you may have to remove the scope. I had to remove the scope in order to install it correctly. I own both the Oracle DPMS AR 15 and the Oracle DPMS AR 10 and they have the exact same glacier guards in them so I am not sure if any carbine length handguard would work for either but I do know that this one in particular works great for either.

60 grams heavier than a GI hand guard, but the ability to add LIGHTWEIGHT rails and light holders will make it worthwhile!Still a very light hand guard, and looks very nice on my lightweight BLACTICAL CQB AR 15!

Awesomely built and lightweight. I was disasspointed after installing a quad rail setup on my AR with the sheer weight of the gun. This is so much lighter, looks so better than the quad rail, has better internal metal heat shielding than the quad rail, and makes the gun more versatile as you can actually comfortably use it as a grip, unlike the quad rail. The features and options of the M-LOK system are also almost endless. (EDIT: The gun pictured is my Stag Arms Model 2)

Does not fit with ease. Can come apart if you have a grip on it. Not mil spec.

Magpul is an awesome "American" company and this product is no exception to the products they put out . Feels and looks much better than the stock forearm and is very easy to install . Took me about 2 minutes without any tools . Fit perfect on the S&W MP15 . No clearance problems with the sling mounts or anything else . You will be happy with this .

My rifle came with the longer Magpul forearm that would not allow the use of an undermount light bracket. Ordered the carbine length so I could use the Elzetta undermount with Klarus light. It was the ticket. Absolutely love the light setup.
