I was skeptical that the skimmer would work, but it does a great job. You do need to triple check that the clamps holding it on is tight. Once you have the clamps on good you are ready to put it to work. Make sure to take all your floats out because it will pull them all to the skimmer. I would order again.

I bought this to capture floating debris and it does the job. I really like it because it sits right on the edge of my intex pool and connects directly to the filter pump. Does a great job. You must clean it out regularly if you are surrounded by trees or have a lot of wind that carries debris into your pool

I had my doubts with the effectiveness of this thing but let me tell you. I mowed and the yard was very dry and dusty. An hour later I came out and found it had captured most of the dust. I am running it with the standard intex filter pump with the restictor in one hole and it does alright at 1000 gph. Bigger pump will probably make it work better. Still good suction and not a bad price. The basket doesn't catch everything so I still have to clean out the return.

This is a must have for any pool without a skimmer. It’s a time saver not having to use the net every day to clean the leaves and bugs out. Easy to install and can adjust with any water level.

Works fine but you can’t beat a built in skimmer.

This skimmer is a great addition to our above ground Coleman pool. It was fast and easy to hook up, and does a great job keeping the little leaves and bugs out of the water.
