I only stopped taking it because of pure laziness, not because of any side effects, and now I’m kicking myself. After just 5-7 days my joints don’t ache as much and my face looks way less puffy. I definitely think it aids in the bodies anti-inflammatory process. Now that I’ve re-discovered how much I love this stuff, it will continue to be a staple supplement for this 30 yr old girl on a “health care journey.” I usually take it first thing in the AM on an empty stomach, but not sure if how you take it makes any difference.

Game changer, I have been suffering from bursitis in my hip for 18months. Finally had a steroid injection 5 months ago it lasted 3 weeks before I was back to being in agony.
