I use them in walking boots and pumps as I have slightly fallen arches and suffer a lot of impact pain in my heels. I used to wear scholl adjustable, hard supports but they stopped the adjusting service. (They are probably more effective but they do make your feet ache and burn until you acclimatise to them). These are the best soft support insoles I have found and I have tried a lot. They are so comfortable that I hardly notice them but they do ease the pain. I wish they were a bit cheaper, I feel aggrieved at the cost but they are the best.

stated size as 4.5-9 which is misleading. These are X small. I believed they would fit size 7. Sizing needs to be clearer. In addition, the heel cup is very soft. The correct method of reducing pronation is to reduce lateral movement of the calcanius (heel bone). This reduces foot extension. I used to make footbeds for ski boots and other footwear. These may help with minor foot issues, but I seriously doubt that they would reduce pronation which is the primary reason for arch collapse/ extension and therefore discomfort. Just my view.

I ordered a 4-9 thinking it will be perfect for my shoes but it's abit small..If I could message them I would so I could suggest something.. I know it states ¾ but it's still small for the size.Also you need to state 4-9 is for females and 8-12 is for men

I had to adjust few timesI feel my right heals are not supported .

Seems to help my sore feet. Comfy to wear. Little late on delivery.

Value for money, very comfy, easy to use

Gave some relief but can’t walk long distances in them.
