Big fan of Raaka chocolate!
I found this to be reasonable price on Raaka’s high quality chocolate. I actually purchased these to include in Thank You cards that I hand out at the end of each school year to parent volunteers where I work and they’re just the right size. They shipped separate from the rest of the items in my Amazon order which is great bc I didn’t have to worry about a sub-par packing job by a random Amazon warehouse and it arrived with its own ice pack to keep it cool. I’m glad that I now know I can order this safely from Amazon and plan to again for other things!

Marie.
The chocolate is slightly bitter but it’s healthy. You can make hot chocolate, make slivers and put it in smoothies or eat it has a late night snack. I would buy it again.

Very smooth rich flavor
This 100% dark chocolate is very good. It's smooth, slightly bitter but not an unpleasant "bakers chocolate" bitter. These small blocks are perfect for coffee. Add in some heavy whipping cream, drop of peppermint extract and you have a zero sugar delicious treat. It gets 4 stars because it took a long time to ship. Was about to cancel the order when it showed shipped.

Found my substitute
I've had such a hard time finding a dairy-free chocolate that has the same texture as its dairy-filled counterpart, so when I tried my first piece from my order I was pleasantly surprised by both its texture and flavor! I really liked all 4 varieties and will definitely order again.

Rocked My World
Let me start by saying I don't like Dark Chocolate. My chocolate of choice is Belgium Milk Chocolate. I didn't buy these to satisfy any chocolate cravings, I bought them because I had heard two things about dark chocolate; 1) it was good for your brain and 2) unfortunately, some big manufacturers were using dark chocolate with alarming rates of Lead and Cadmium. So what's an old woman to do?I looked around and since I choose the Weight Watchers life style I figured these mini doses were my best shot at getting a little dark chocolate in my life. I live in Florida. It started getting really hot here (winter at the beginning of 2023 was OVER) in June. Fedex delivered these chocolates with a little cold pack which had lost all it's cold by the time the package was delivered, BUT none of the chocolates were melted so I guess it made the difference. It was 93° the day it was delivered around 3:30PM EDT (hottest part of the day here). In my research, I wanted to purchase fair trade items which this was. I liked their process for drying the beans which only takes a week according the Raaka's web site as a report on the web speaking to the Lead and Cadmium issues said that leaving the beans out for long periods of time (like 28 days) gave more opportunity for the beans to be affected by those two heavy metals. While Raaka wasn't specifically tested (so I guess I'll never know), the Pink Sea Salt cacao beans come from the Dominican Republic. These are also "unroasted" beans, meaning the nutritional value is not damaged by the 250° roasting process that many manufacturers use.Like I said, I don't like dark chocolate because it's generally bitter. This chocolate was, in fact, not milk chocolate, but by the same token while I was taking a photo of the box I stopped paying attention to the fact I had one in my mouth and having left it on my tongue I will say some very cool, amazing aromas came out the longer I kept it on my tongue and it was creamy like Belgium chocolate. So maybe it's not milk chocolate. I eat enough green things that aren't exactly great tasting that I can overlook the fact it's not a milk chocolate neutral flavor. It's 2 Weight Watchers points for one of these wonderful chocolate Mini Dose journeys so it fits well into my points plan. I understand you probably have to have a ton more chocolate to get the appropriate amount in your system for the benefit, but I'm going to take it from here and see what I notice about having a piece of these every day. I did specifically order the Pink Sea Salt flavor for the way it was processed so I can't tell you what any of the other flavors taste like. Different beans are used for different flavors so your mileage may vary if you order the other flavors. Each Mini Dose piece (30 to a box) is about 1.6" x 1". The entire box size is 6" x 4.5" (a little over 1.5" high). The expiration date on my box said September of 2024 so if you have the ability to order enough for 6 months or a year, they'll last long enough. I don't, so I'll have to order them one month at a time. LOL!

Yikes!
Wow - this is probably the most expensive and disgusting chocolate I've ever eaten. I got it for the low carb aspect of it to have as a treat once or twice a week while I'm doing keto. I expected a strong "dark chocolate" and even slightly bitter flavor but I have to tell you, I just about spit this out-literaly taste like a spoonful of baking cocoa. 🤮 I suppose it's my own fault but I guess for almost $30 it would taste a little good and be somewhat guilt free. No guilt here because I won't eat another. So $30 down the drain as this is "not eligible for return". If you're looking for a healthier sweet to relieve that sweet tooth keep looking, this isn't it.
