I have to make lots of copies of USB. In the past, I've used a couple Windows PCs and ImageUSB software to get it done, but as my volume has increased so had the difficulty in managing that. I finally sprung for this device, and it has worked maybe 1x out of 15 tries. The litany of problems have no support or reference materials online. Sometimes the device stalls while formatting the USBs. Sometimes it stalls while copying them. Sometimes it fails or never initializes. The 7 USB feature of this device seems worthless as the more drives I add to copy, the slower it goes. My USB 3.1 devices copy at about 0.3GB/min with 7 drives in. With 4 drives in (same drives), it copies 1GB/min. Net, I'm better off using it to only copies 4 drives, which I wouldn't even care about it if it actually worked. Many of my copies die at 2%, some die at 80%, only was has successfully completed after 30 days of trying.

The product is very small compare to other competitions. Buttons and operation is confusing at first, but once you get it, it gets the job done.
