Misleading title, poor print quality
I thought the book was a combination of mat and roller exercises but it was only roller. They should retitle as roller exercises since there are no solo mat exercises. If one is looking for roller exercises only, these are good. Was disappointed in the print quality given the price and shipping was quite expensive.
