Only 90 microwave seconds to a delicious sticky rice.

Fine Product! Sellers packing for shipment is poor.
Purchased this item again because we like the product itself. Delicious. Once again the packing of the product for shipping from this seller is ad hoc. You will not likely get the four count packs as pictured. You will likely and repeatedly get 32 single bowls tossed into a very inadequate (thin) corrugated box with zero internal dunnage to prevent product movement in the box. Fortunately, the bowls are robust and well sealed. Our shipment was significantly delayed through USPS and looked like it had been used as a soccer ball. Somehow, the product survived. Great product. Seller not so hot. Will be looking for other options in that regard.
