I've only had one other experience with a bidet, and it was on my honeymoon in Hawaii. This thing was deluxe to say the least. Too many features to list, and this review isn't about my deluxe bidet anyway.I ordered this bidet at the beginning of the great TP crisis. It took forever to get here (understandably so, but I did pay an extra $18 and it still took over a week). It finally came yesterday and I installed it almost immediately. Took about 5 minutes. I just tried it out, a little skeptic because I knew it wouldn't live up to my Hawaii experience. I also thought for sure I was just going to soak a butt cheek and then use toilet paper. I couldn't believe my first icy spray hit the bullseye STRAIGHT DEAD ON. I knew it would be cold (Hawaii had warm of course) and yeah it was really cold. Leave it spraying too long and you're gonna get numb. But it's effective. One quick wipe to dry off (Hawaii had a fan too) and I was on my way to conquer the world.This thing should be in every bro's ARSEnal. Highly recommend. Also due to this thing I now have a surplus of TP since I don't need it.

So, first off - it took almost 2 months to arrive. When I ordered, it was promised delivery by May 8th. Long wait, but whatever. The 8th comes and goes, not here. I emailed the seller yesterday, May 14th. They tell me they tried to deliver, but the mailbox is full. Then, lo and behold, it comes to my DOOR today. Hmmm. Second, it looked somewhat flimsy on first inspection, but I thought, "Well, let's see how it does". Got everything ready and pulled out the "instructions" to install it. Here's basically what they say - "Take off the toilet seat. Turn off the water valve. Install bidet". I'm paraphrasing, but that's pretty much it. I had to go on YouTube to get proper instructions. After THIRTY MINUTES of sweating and contorting (not the bidet manufacturers fault that the area around the toilet is a tight fit), we got to the very last connection (where the tubing connects to the 3-way adapter) and guess what? It's BROKEN. It wouldn't tighten. As you get to where you think "okay, one last turn and that's it", it gets there and then just keeps on turning. We took the entire thing apart and tried to connect it OFF the toilet to see if it was just awkward positioning that was keeping us from getting it properly connected, but nope. The connector is just broken. So, after about an hour all told, we have to send this back. I'm so mad. After ALL THAT. One tiny piece of plastic that should have been QC'd at the factory and obviously wasn't.

Watching YouTube video helped me actually get going. Instructions might have helped a plumber but was not easy enough for me. Suckiest part of it all was I needed to go to homedepot for 3” 1/4 machine screws due to the space needed by bidet seat wedge. No wrench or tape needed for the install. Feels nice quality and operates just like advertised. definitely worth all the trouble. However. Still need to use my wet flushable wipes. Can’t just rely on this to keep me 100% lol

I ordered this as a precaution to the toilet paper shortage and I am glad I did! I have had it for a week and I actually like using it, to my surprise. The spray is adjustable and comfortable and It has cut my TP usage down by 90%. Installation was easy, it fit my standard connections and large plastic nuts were easy to thread. I was worried that the seat would sit too high after sliding the mount under it but it is fine. When I ordered it I thought it would be a sacrifice during the COVID-19 crisis but I am glad to have it and have made the switch to the bidet life!

This one could have gotten at least five stars if it didn’t come with missing parts. The nut that secured the 1/4” tube on the T connector is missing. That is a specialized part that I will go hunting for in stores if I can find it. Meanwhile, everything else installed easily and even looks good. The quality control and packaging control though is very deficient. How do you miss 1 part out of 4. Packaging in nylon bags in a cheap box that crashed during shipping.

I bought this product and waited for months to be delivered. The delivery was also delayed but yet waited to hope that it would be worth it. When arrived the box was damaged I still ignored it because of the need at the current situation. After spending 30 mins to install the product didn't work. when turned on it didn't spray out water. Horrible product wasted so much time and money. Also after requesting a refund, it said the seller has to approve and it will take 48 hrs for the same. Once approved I would receive my money in 14days. Complete waste. Do not buy and call for trouble not worth it!

Really cheaply made. Not even going to install it; I know junk when I see it. Will probably send it back.Spend a few more bucks and get something with metal hose and fittings.

Waited months for it to be delivered, when it arrived it is different from the product pictured. The plastic is tragically cheap and looks like it would fail upon the first morning after taco night. Would not recommend, would not buy again. Total Garbage.
