Are your hams salty or are they very lightly salty? Family doesn't handle salty ham at all! Are they cut all the way through the ham regardless of siz

All Of My Hams Were Not Salty At All To Me .. And Yes ...  The Delicious Large Hams Are Cut All The Way Through.

The 7 to 9 pound ham would be a whole boneless ham.  The ASIN for that item is B07YBL7PQD.  Amazon has made some changes to their listing format and it appears to have caused some confusion in my listing.  I have updated the information so it should be more clear.

Expiration dates?

Unopened products can be stored up to 28 days in the refrigerator.  Over a year in the freezer.  Once opened, products need to be used within 7 days or so.  Leftovers can be re-frozen as needed.

Are the frozen hams surrounded by ice packs  during the Summer?

No, but there will be a couple of them in there.  The hams are so solidly frozen that it takes quite some time for them to completely thaw.  As a cooked and cured product, they are not as perishable as a raw fresh meat product.  In the summer months, it is not uncommon for many of our products to completely thaw in transit.  If they deliver as scheduled, most of them will still be safe if they aren't particularly cool upon receipt.
