They are more like rehab bands then workout bands but they will get the job done! Comes with everything you need for bands. Really all in all a great product!

Do not buy from this vendor
I usually do not write reviews but for this one I needed to because I waited too long and spend my money and I got BS the merchandise is not really good quality is missing parts the door buckle is not what you see in the pictures the blue resistant band is missing a part, ITS JUST REALLY HORRIBLE....

Door anchor does not match description
Their product description advertised that they have a better, bigger door anchor ("ours" in the second pic), but when I received the package the door anchor is the small one ("other" in the second pic). Their price also fluctuated greatly. When I bought it it was $45, and now it's $15.

Complete Garbage
The hooks came flying out of two bands the first time I used them. The bands are just looped around the hook and secured with the black piece.

They were supposed to be different residence, they are all the same size, the only difference is color. They feel cheap. No health benefit what so ever.Just trash
