I read the one star reviews but purchased anyway. Read the instructions twice. Spend time adjusting and getting use to the feel. It won't fall off if the correct size is purchased. After a couple of usages I got it properly adjusted.

This device is comfortable however not very effective. I was hoping for the price it would work better. I would not reccomend it to anyone

Leaks all the time!
It didn't matter what setting I put it on, it still leaked! Maybe it was because of the type of cancer I have. But, for the price and the ads stating no leakage, just didn't work for me.

Very Comfortable Hardly Know it's There
Just got my Pacey Cuff yesterday and so far, I'm impressed. It's easy to use and seems to be working as advertised. I'll update this in a week or two.
