Instructions are not very clear on the liquid part of this I had to search on google and there’s no instructions that comes with it to explain what to do kinda figure it out by urself which isn’t really that good the tables have instructions on the back. I don’t know for the price you would kind of expect the basic instructions. I didn’t notice any difference when taking if I’m honest but I’m not yet finished the course of it but to be honest I got how to take it of some review I found so I don’t know how reliable that is or if I’m doing it correctly. Tablets are fine to swallow liquid taste like doing a jäger myster shot I just mix it wit a bit of water down it in one. Bit disappointed if honest.
