It doesn't stand up with salt inside!
Not suitable for it's purpose I'm afraid. It looks pretty but doesn't stand up independently when salt is inserted.

Wonderful 8th Wedding Anniversary Gift
My Friends loved this as part of their eighth, 'Salt' Anniversary present. Salt is the traditional gift in the UK for the 8th Wedding Anniversary. It stood up fine with no bending required, they even said that they noticed a difference in the air after being in the kitchen for a while when the lamp was on in the living room & they walked back in. Very stylish and good quality. Amazing for the price. I'm so pleased that they love it...I may well get another for myself. Gave 5 stars on brightness, because it is meant to be a warm, soft light. Gave 4 stars for sturdiness as the only thing that could improve the overall look of the lamp, is if the stand was made with metal of a slightly wider circumference.

Poor quality
It’s cute and gives off a nice warm light but it’s quality is very poor, feels soo cheap and isn’t designed well. The weight of the lantern is not well balanced on its holder so sometimes it would tip over. You could potentially hang the lantern alone in somewhere like a corner but the wire is not a pretty site. Decided to return it and get a refund unfortunately.

Terrible quality
The "Vintage Iron Frame" doesn't fit together properly and the perspex glass panes fall out. Horrible.

Disappointed
The frame of this lamp is flimsy and unable to hold the lamp. It falls over. There was a split in the top of lamp castle and the door is ill fitting. The wire is thick, heavy and unsightly. It is not show in the photos. Not recommended.

Not good
Like the first one to arrive bent opened box been used salt half in the box half in the lamp wrong bulb. No wonder they were sent back. Looks like the were remade of elc light from a candle light. Totally worth only a £5 at best
