I got the XS. I am 5'3 and 123 lbs. I retain a lot of my body fat in my arms, belly, and back. When I first received it I was extremely frustrated with trying to get the hooks to latch but then I realized it was probably because I overshot on my size....It was super tight and I had a lot of belly fat. I couldn't even get it zip up on the third and farthest latch so I just left the hooks exposed every time I wore it. I'm on day 5 for my waist trainer schedule going on about 6-7 hours of wear a day, and I must say I am impressed. Today was the day I finally got it to zip up on the second (middle) notch! I've lost water weight (with the help of exercising and eating healthy of course) and have been seeing gradual results and noticeable belly suppression. With a healthy diet and workout regimen I think this product is going to be the most bang for your buck....The compression absolutely reduces your urge to eat in large quantities because of how uncomfortably tight in can get. Material is durable and better than expected and it has maintained its shape despite me having ran in it a few times already. Did not receive the same odor everyone has been talking about. One of my favorite amazon products!!!! I wear medium in shirts that I'm trying to squeeze into and I got a Large in this thing. It fits perfect, has my silhouette on POINT! If you are afraid this will show in a lot of outfits, don't be, surprisingly, it doesn't show much and I wear a lot of tight and fitted shirts. It was terrible at first because I couldn't get it zipped up, so be careful not to zip your skin. Wear it on just the skin and then wear it with a camisole or something underneath TJ see which way you like it. Also this thing moves, so I go to dance class and dance everyday in this and I don't feel like I'm constricted. I only gave it 4 stars bc I've only had it for two months and one of the bones broke, so I bought another one. However my friend has had hers for an entire year and it just now broke, so maybe it's because I dance in mine. Its pretty durable though. Oh and it also makes it look like I have a nice round butt, you should definitely buy this! I wear it as often as possible! Here are some pics with it on. I have hips, but they're are way more defined with this one! That pic in the white has a light silver necklace coming down, that's not the shaper showing.

The product is fabulous. I got the trainer on the 15th of Jan 2025. I've been wearing it daily every since. When I read people reviews on how waist trainers curb your appetite I was like yeah right. So let me tell you this Yanna is the truth I weigh 270 plus ordered a 3x and every time I step out people are like your losing weight I say I'm trying. They're like no ma'am you're doing your Thang. So to the makers of Yanna waist trainer Thanks for snatching me. It's comfortable and stays in place. Once it's button and zipped it fits secure. You're not gasping for breath it's just that comfortable. Granted in the first day or so it takes so getting use to but once you get it set right your good to go.

If you have a belly that sticks out at least somewhat significantly over the top of your jeans, you will need to order up 1-2 sizes. Just to give you an idea since I don't have a picture to post with this review. I am currently 5'5" approximately 200 lbs. and ordered an XL which did not come close to fitting around my mid-section. I wear a 14 in most jeans, sometimes 16. I carry my weight proportionally so I'm not thin anywhere and have the little roll that sticks out over the top of my jeans. My belly is not bigger than my breasts or doesn't stick out further than my breasts. At any rate, now that I have humbled myself and given my current physical description (Ugh!) - I think this would be great IF IT FIT so I think I will order a 3XL to see if I'm right?? I hope this helps others!! I rated everything a 3 since it didn't fit - I'm unable to give accurate rating on each of the categories and didn't want to be completely unfair about it.

I bought a medium earlier this year and it worked fantastic. You can wear it under clothes and it fit like a glove. I wear a medium in regular clothes, but I decided to get a small this time since I was already losing weight after having my 4th baby. It fits good and it feels comfortable. I can move around in it. I’m so glad I bought another one. It’s worth it. It sucks all the fat in my mid section. Love it!!!!
