Good purchase
Good quality and purchase. Smell is not too strong yet still would recommend opening all windows before spraying, helped getting rid of bugs. No longer needed to respray now for a few years. Would order again

happy with the spray when i use a sprayer that works
i didn't like the sprayer that came with it. it doesn't work when you try to use it so i had to use my larger spray for out doors use to use the iteam

Ineffective and a Waste of Money
I followed all directions, laundered and dried on high heat all clothing and bed items, vacuumed thoroughly and then used the spray. It is ineffective and doesn't even provide a direct on contact kill of bedbugs much less a residual effect. I later purchased a different brand of natural spray and followed the same steps with an almost 100% kill rate first application.

Lousy spray heads
Im afraid i cannot testify to the effectiveness of this product. I bought two bottles at once and neither of the spray heads that came with them work. I tried everything to get them to work, no luck. One actually worked for a obout 5 minutes and then stopped. They are very cheap looking and it doesnt surprise me they are so defective. The manufacture could have spent a little more money on the spray head. Im not going to send the bottles back, too much of a hassle. I will just buy some new spray heads. But im disappointed and I doubt i will buy this brand again.

Product doesn't work like it says
This product is not strong enough to kill the bed bugs needs to be stronger than what it is I have used 2 gallons of the product and still have bed bugs and I sprayed it every place and got rid of everything that was infested with the bed bugs seems it needs to be stronger on the stuff that spose to kill the bed bugs not happy with this want my money back on the 2 gallons I bought

Not Complete With Sprayer
Did not come with sprayer as shown on website. I have not used until I have away to dispense it.

It doesn't kill bedbugs
This is not an effective treatment. It doesn't kill bedbugs; I have caught bugs, spray them and wait for the reaction. Result: bugs don't die....
