I have been taking these Alfalfa Tablets for at least 25 years. I started when living in San Antonio (where if you don’t have allergies when you get there you’ll get them) the allergy capital of Texas🙃 It takes about 20 days to build up in your system and then I started realizing that I stopped sneezing 🤧 and in general just felt better. I use these because of the dosage and ease of swallowing. I take 5,000 mg per day EVERY DAY. I have so many allergies to air borne allergens that I just don’t quit at any time during the year. The worst for me was cedar pollen in Texas. Now, these were out of stock for a few months and I had to use something else. They were less dose age, round and chalky. I hated them so when these came back I was thrilled and went back to them immediately. For those whose allergies are specific to certain times of the year, you would just start taking them about 20 to 30 days prior to your worst times and take every day through the problematic patches, and then stop until the next projected problem time frame. These are not a “take for relief of symptoms “treatment”. These are very much a take daily as a daily part of your overall wellbeing and maintenance type of supplement.I hope this helps. I loved this product... Sadly, after finally honing down one good brand, easy to swallow, 1000mcg serving, they are now discontinued!😠😡🤬I called the company to see why I couldn't find them in stock anywhere and they confirmed the discontinued status. He said "they weren't a good selling product"...🤨 are you for real?!? BS!!!They had 750 reviews at 4.6 stars!He tried to direct me to their Solaray line... I have tried the Solaray ones, and they just do not have the same results as these did. 🤦‍♂️SMHEvery time it seems a good product comes out, benefits everyone, people like it and it's not expensive = "well, THATS gotta go!🤪...can't have people LIKING something too much, now can we?"....🙄.... how bout you discontinue THIS - 👊💥🤕!

Easy to take, not a bad taste, and they offer so much benefit to body. I will definitely be ordering another bottle. Benefits of alfalfa: helps in lowering blood pressure, acting as a diuretic, increasing breast milk production, and treating arthritis. If taken with chanca piedra it can help resolve the pain of kidney stones too. Love this stuff!

Good product

I take one pill daily for health and regularity.

Good quality alfalfa tablets, minimal dust in the bottle when initially open it, and no tablets crumble. Been using it almost a month, all tablets still complete and whole. When traveling with this large bottle, the airliner tossed my luggage all around. This bottle is plastic, thank goodness, and at the hotel/motel, I poured out my tablets (of this sort, herbal tablets with no 'binding' fillers in them), and I had only 2 broken tablets in one spot. It made me think that was where the bottle "hit" bottom somewhere. I had another bottle of alfalfa, different brand, only 250 tablets instead of this tablet. Both are same pure quality, and I find one is not better than the other. The only reason I mention this is because the smaller bottle of 250 did not have any tablets broken. However, the plastic in this bottle "feels" stronger or sturdier. I give very high ratings to both this brand and the Source Naturals brand for their alfalfa tablets. I find no difference in quality or cause/effect on my body.

Can't say that I am very happy with this product. I don't think it has anything to do with the lab. I didn't feel well when taking alfalfa.I certainly didn't take this product because it was an ancient miracle food. Ancient people also ate and drank various toxic plant and animal foods that cut their lives significantly short. The average lifespan of ancient Egyptians was somewhere between 30 and 40 so I don't think we should jump right on this band wagon. The biggest issue for me is I should have investigated this product and how it is compatible with my personal health. SO, if you know alfalfa works for you and your personal health regime, then likely this is a quality form. Hope this is helpful.
