Never knew that I was needing this in my medicine cabinet. But I will make sure I have this on hand from here on out. We are in COVID-19 time... I am not sure what is and is not true in regards to COVID-19. But what I do know is that they say it is bad in our area. And every time I need to make an errand run for work or groceries etc. I end up coming back home with a weird cough thing going. I am not prone to allergies etc and I do not have a cold... so it is weird that I have this cough anytime I come back from being out and no other time. You can say COVID-19 or the 5G Tower down the street. I don't know. I just know that a cough drop or allergy medicine etc wasn't helping. Mucinex DM did help but I didn't want to keep using those. So I was looking around and came across this and decided to give it a try. As soon as the coughing fit starts, I take one of these... and it works like a charm. Better then any cough drop. It also helps me to dislodge mucus that I did not know I had. The other day my teenage son started an odd coughing fit after being out and the cough wouldn't settle and he was concerned. I gave him one of these and the cough is gone. Let me be clear, I AM NOT saying that this fights or cures COVID-19. I am not in the position to address that. ALL I am just saying is that this is a good product to have in your medicine cabinet or in your bag as an alternative to other products. It is easy to use. There was no taste that I could detect and it dissolved quickly. I plan on purchasing more.

I've been prone to post infectious cough/bronchitis that can last 3-6 months after a cold. Think of it as a bronchial inflammation after a cold. But the cough is annoying, persistent, and can come with spasms. It could only be relieved/improved with prescriptive asthma inhaler drugs - which were not cheap. I found a homeopathic drug that worked wonders and even helped me to avoid developing the cough with subsequent colds. Have been dealing with Bronchitis and tried many otc cough relief remedies. I was hoping this would help and be a more natural way to control the cough. Unfortunately, I have felt no difference from taking this item.
