Zadro Health Solutions Natural Wake-Up Alarm

This clock is perfect for me, although it wont be for everyone. here is what i like:1) no cord! yes, the main thing lots of folks complain about is a huge bonus for me. . I dont want something plugged in with an EMF field right next to my head. to find a battery gentle alarm clock is a huge bonus for me2) the size/weight: yes, its very light to the point of feeling almost "flimsy". however, that means I can travel with it, and as long as its not dropped or mishandled i dont see this being a problem3) no backlight-this means it is 100% dark at night, vs most of the other light alarms-very important to me since i have gone through ALOT of trouble to get my bedroom 100% dark at night.it is a bit complicated to set (i actually had to read the directions!), but i managed to get it to go off when i wanted on the first try so its not too bad. and yes, the buttons are tiny, hard to read, and not super intuitive. still, it is a joy for me to wake up to the light and gentle sounds vs. my loud and abrasive alarm clock. oh, and you can adjust how far ahead of the alarm the light comes on. i am experimenting to see what is best, so far the light is waking me before the alarm which is wonderful, though i wouldnt count on it. i am very pleased with this little clock for what it does.

Not worth the money spent on this clock. Am not happy about not having a backlight, but can live without this feature. The for the cost of the clock ($50.00), I expected a larger and better built clock. Was very disappointed that there was no ac power adapter with this clock. I called the 800 number and was told could use batteries, but was thinking how many batteries it would take per year. I ordered the power adapter for $10.00 and was charged another $14.00 for shipping. Will not purchase from Zadro Health Solutions again.

Cons: Price, cant program without a P.H.D. in alarmclockology, runs on battery's no adapter, display is not back lit, can't see the snooze without a magnifying glass, cheap plastic product, no heath solutions found just frustration.Pros: Makes a nice bird chirping noise at random times of the day when not expecting it, causing Wife to prompt Husband to look for bird trapped in house. All kidding aside this product is BAD!

Pros: it takes batteries so its more dependable than corded alarm clocks especially during black outs. Its small and portable which is nice. It is not back lit so no lights while you sleep which is great.Cons: unfortunately the light did not keep time so it would suddenly turn on in the middle of night, or too early. For example I set the alarm for 7 and the light for 5 minutes before 7 but the light came on 45 minutes before 7. Perhaps mine was a lemon. The other features were nice.

I like that this little clock is not backlit. It isn't healthy to have lights on during your sleep, even a little. It does take some time to program and I have only used the light function and not the sound since I have my iPhone set to wake me at same time. I do keep dreaming that its really bright out and cannot manage to answer my phone, but then I do wake up and realize my alarms are working. I don't think the light would wake me up on its own, it's really not super bright, but I feel like its helping me get through winter in upstate NY. Th alarm sounds are nice. I may yet decide to use them instead of my phone. I also don't care that it doesn't come with the AC adaptor. I have very few outlets in my older home and would buy a lot more battery powered stuff if I could. I've yet to find decent looking battery powered table lamps that don't look like they belong in a camper. Anyway, nice little clock.

Perfect alarm clock, the sunrise light is amazing. And the soft sounds are easy to wake up to. Buy it if you have trouble with loud angery alarms

This clock is small, as another reviewer mentioned, but I wanted a small clock for my nightstand. I sent the clock back because there is no backlight, so there is no way to see the time if it is dark- the digits are black. You could turn on the sunlight feature to see the time, but then you'd be blinded by the bright light if you were in the dark. Also, the quality of the nature sounds is poor. The AC adapter is not included, which for the $50 paid for this small clock you'd think it would be included.

This clock is very lightweight and doesn't "feel" like a quality item. The buttons and display screen are not backlit. That's right... you can't see it in the dark.It does not come with a power cord, so you either need to purchase the cord separately or use batteries.In addition, the buttons are not straightforward and the instructions are not helpful, so even getting it set and the alarm turned on is a challenge. I am disappointed. This clock is absolutely not worth $50.

Worked fine for a few week, then it stopped working, was just showing funny caracters.Final advice: DO NOT BUY!
