Will they fit Really Useful Box suspension files?

Yes they do because I bought them for my really useful box, the boxes with the blue handles. they fit the suspension files nicely

Will these tabs fit the older dark green office world files

I have some very old green files (sadly, not from Office World) and they fit those perfectly. The tabs are very firm but can be gently slipped over a thickness of card. Once on they really grip.

How to attach these? I feel like they’re going to break if I try to force them on.

hold the top, with the three feet facing down the left and right feet to the back and the middle one to the front. Put the left foot over the back of the lateral file folder and the middle one over the front, and slide down so the right foot goes over the back of the folder. It's meant to clip firmly. However, if what you are trying to attach to is thicker than a lateral filing folder then yes you would have a problem. HTH

Would they fit on comic books?

They measure 6cm by 3cm (including th bits that clip onto the item) so possibly yes.
