He recommended Jarrow Formulas Curcumin 95, 500mg. To give you an idea of the pain I deal with: I have had surgery on my back for 2 herniated discs. I've also had acupuncture, exercise, physical therapy, massage, drugs and a partridge in a pear tree. Just kidding about the last one. I constantly renew my prescription for Vicodin and Robaxin to assist me with the pain. I now have to take twice the amount I originally did of both in order for them to help me at all, as needed. I ordered this product and had a need for it following a long day at work. In the past natural remedies tended to take a while if they worked at all so my hopes were not high. I did not take Vicodin or Robaxin or anything else prior to taking this for the first time. I was surprised to find that the relief was almost immediate. I only take one capsule at a time when needed and so far just need to take maybe 3 a day over the course of many hours at the worst times. I have not noticed any side effects which is a welcomed perk considering every man-made prescription tends to come with a laundry list of regrets to consider.
