Ordered this a couple weeks ago, just in time to bottle my first batch of beer! It works great and the caps fit the bottles that I'm using perfectly (Kirin tall bottles). The construction seems quite sturdy and it's easy to tell once you have finished clamping on the bottles. I don't foresee myself breaking any bottles and look forward to using this over and over again.

I added the sugar to induce secondary fermentation to carbonate the cider, set up my expensive new press-type capper only to discover it was rubbish --- the vertical column would tilt and prevent capping. In desperation I ordered this capper overnight. It turned out to be a great machine. The only drawback is that you must place the bottle below you in order to press down on the levers, and so your sight is obstructed by the capper. Nevertheless, my usage failure rate first time out was only 1 in 48.

This bottle capper works great and is easy to use. I opened some bottles of home brew from my first batch that I put in used, sanitized bottles. The caps sealed well and the beer had good carbonation. These are the first bottles that I capped with this and I had no "duds". I tried the capper on an empty bottle initially to see how it worked. Just be sure the cap is reasonably centered on the capper (it has a magnet to hold cap) and apply pressure on handles slowly until they "give" a little as the cap is crimped on. The bottles cannot be the twist off cap type. Definitely a good purchase!

I love this capper. It is so easy to use. My last one didn’t work as well as this one does. I have no doubt that it’s capping the bottles properly and that makes me happy.

Works fine for long neck style bottles, not so great for fatties. The bottle cap magnet/shroud on mine was slightly crooked, but it works fine.

My bottle capper was just as I expected, material and durability, and the caps were a plus!

Works pretty well but not as easy as my old stand capper that wore out after 30 years! Seems to seal well just takes a little more effort. For the money though I'd rate it a good buy.

Delivered on time and in good condition with bottle caps as promised.But product is of low quality and broke within putting on 15 bottle caps.
