## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this mat okay for Bikram yoga?**
A: In Bikram yoga you always place a large towel over your mat. Yoga towel or beach towels are best since you
'll be sweating a lot. So yes, based on that this mat is good for Bikram.

**Q: Can you use this mat on carpet?**
A: Absolutely! I like putting a towel under mine to keep dog hair or other debris from sticking to it! It will only slide a little, but not enough to mess with your practice. Enjoy!

**Q: Is the 5mm too thick for balance exercises - I'm very balance challenged.**
A: No, it is perfect thickness. I love it.

**Q: Is it latex free?**
A: It is!
