How would i treat a 150 gallon holding tank ? Just 3 doses or different product ?

I have no idea this is a product that is to preserve water for 5 years.Until that time is up I could not assess the benefit of the product. Since I have no other option I would use this for 150 gallon tank.

How is this different than regular bleach?

Common household bleach is an industrial-grade product that is not tested, approved, or recommended by the manufacturer for safe consumer use in drinking water. Water Preserver™ is manufactured with high-purity food grade ingredients using a proprietary process to produce a highly effective form of stabilized and pH-balanced Sodium hypochlorite. The product is safety-sealed and date-coded to insure purity and potency, and it’s guaranteed 100% effective.

In emergency disaster ,can you use the swimming pool water for drinking just in case we ran out of drinking water?

One of the problem chemicals in pool water is cyanuric acid, which is the stabilizer used to help slow the chlorine from evaporating out of the pool. In an emergency, you could use swimming pool water for washing or flushing toilets, but you don't want to use it for drinking water. Cyanuric acid is hard to filter or remove, so when the stabilizer levels get too high in a pool you have to drain off some of the pool water and add more water to dilute down the stabilizer levels.
