Excellent piece of equipment, possibly regarded by some as ' old school ' but it works and the bonus is you can use the lighter exchangeable springs to start with and as you progress in power you can change the springs to the more challenging ones, which means it is so versatile, however like ' all ' equipment,you the individual must put in the effort. With this particular kit set you get a standard size bullworker, plus a smaller one, if you are smaller with arm length / span.Excellent value for money Very easy to use with a good kit bag for portableness, both size means it is very comfortable for all

Brilliant home exercise machine to build strength and develop muscular body

I have have owned several Bulkworkers over the years and they have always been good although sometimes a little limiting compared to weights. However, this kit is something else it is so compact, complete with carry cases, and well made everything feels sturdily and ergonomically designed. The possibilities with the two bows with spring strength options add to this the ISO-Bow and Extensions and it really is a home gym. Cannot see you would need anything else really. What has surprised me most is how good the simple ISO-Bow is especially for stretches.When my kit arrived I really thought they had sent me a single Bow rather than the entire kit. The is how compact it all is. In each of the Bow bags front pockets are the different resistance strings. The manual for each is in the the bag with the Bow.Also buying this kit together is very good value for money compared to separate purchases so even if you own another Bullworker I would go for this kit.

This is a great improvement on last generation bull worker but seems way over priced. I am not knocking what you get and the quality is fantastic so far but at maybe £75 cheaper it would be excellent.

Excellent kit, and good value when you buy the Power Pack, as opposed to buying each thing separately. I've used a Bullworker since the 1970s since using my Dad's original 60s Bullworker as a kid (which he still has).These new models have been improved over the years to glide smoothly, give variable resistance by quickly changing the spring out. Grip pads so the ropes don't did in your hand like the old ones did. Also all come in a nice carry case to keep everything together, and a nice lay-flat spiral bound exercise manual for each item. I prefer the Steel Bow most, having short arms, but each one suits different exercises, so the Power Pack covers all bases.I also use them in combination with resistance bands for different variations of workout, and free weights and bench too. A nice little home set up.

Well made good quality products,it really works, I'm glad I purchased the kit with the full product range. Surprisingly iso-flo is a little difficult to set up at times,but it really works.

I had my first Bullworker bought for me when I was about 11 or 12. It was the x5, a modified version of the classic. That version had a number of extra grips and resistance possibilities due to having dual canvas pulleys and two-way grip handles compared to the classic. This was good, but I also found that the pulleys did not always give good resistance when using only the outer. Anyone who has owned this model will know what I mean.This latest version / package is very comprehensive. I was somewhat sceptical of the iso-flow, but having seen the instruction manual I can see its place in the overall setup.It will take me some time to get to know my way around this four-piece set, but it does look like a great piece of kit.The price is quite high compared to buying second hand models off Ebay, but if you are serious about exercise do yourself a favour and find the funds. Older Bullworkers may have tired old springs, giving you less resistance. Finally, this comprehensive package is a real - if costly - perfect realisation of the Bullworker product.

I reckon this is a fantastic product which is made to a high quality, and can be used for all the exercise need you would ever want, from stretching to muscle building and aerobic, the price is quite high but then this should last a life time, so maybe not so bad, I can only recommend it.
