A: Since the ham slowly dries out and loses its aroma after it is first cut, you should eat the ham within a week or two for optimal enjoyment.

**Q: How do I store the Jamon?**
A: Dry-Cured meat does not need to be refrigerated and we recommend storing in a cool, dry place. However, if you do store some slices in the fridge, allow the meat to reach room temperature before consuming.
