This product was recommended by my acupuncturist. His hobby is climbing mountains, like Everest, etc. He said that all of the Sherpas carry a bottle or two with them while climbing mountains. It is like duct tape for them, it has a thousand different uses by the Sherpas, so now he also carries it on his mountain climbing expeditions!

I was suffering from back pain, hand pain, couldn't lift even a coffee cup. But after using Zandu Balm my pain gone.
