I used black ties along with these insulators to attach netting to t-posts. The insulators worked extremely well with netting. The “clip” at the top of the insulator will hold an inch or so of netting very tightly which makes it easier to position and tightly hang the netting – a real time saver, especially if you are attempting to do it alone. Also, their smooth top would probably help prevent impalement of a deer if it attempted to jump the fence.

These are perfect to keep our livestock from impelling themselves on top of the T-post. Which one of our horses had done, that was before we purchased these. We have also added extra hot wire to the top of all our T-post, which helps keep our horses honest.I have purchased this product 4 different times and would buy again. Highly recommend.

So glad black was an option. Much nicer to look at when wanting to appreciate the view if you like nature. White plastic is distracting. Black blends in with the background.

Snug fit on the top of the T post. Thick plastic material. Easy to install with rubber mallet to ensure a good fit.

We got married in our backyard this summer and really wanted to run Costco outdoor LED string lights but all the posts made to hold those are SO freaking expensive! So my partner, the former homesteader she is, suggested we use t-posts and I did some digging. I found 10ft t-posts at our local farm store, got some black matte spray paint and these. It was a perfect solution and instead of paying $200/2 string light posts we paid about $11 each. Do recommend using these to hold the cord!
