On my assessments, I listen to the breath and bowel sounds mostly but I will also listen to heart sounds as well. I’m not going to lie, I’m not the best at hearing a murmur or other abnormalities. I mainly listen for the lub dub sound. I will say that I do love the color choices that this particular stethoscope has to offer. I was having a hard time on deciding which one I really wanted. There was 3-4 colors that I really liked. I almost bought two of them as I’m a very indecisive person to begin with and the price isn’t bad at all.
