What are the care instructions - ine came in Japanese

Most clay pots do not tolerate extreme temperatures so do not put cold water when the pot is hit or when cooking, do not wash it right away from heat. do not use soap but use warm water and sponge to clean after use. Put some water inside when not using. That are the things I do to take care my pot.
